From 1 October, 2026, ISS will deliver cleaning, catering, technical services, security and workplace experience services to Home Office sites across Region 2 - Midlands, South Yorkshire & North Wales. 

ISS is extremely excited about the new partnership and the opportunities it brings. 

​

You and the team delivering services are critical to its success so if you work in these areas in this region,

your role may transfer to ISS under 'TUPE regulations'.

​Next Steps

• In July, we hosted 'Town Hall sessions' at Ryton and Vulcan House for all affected colleagues to attend a short presentation about the transfer to ISS. It was great to meet many of you. If you missed the sessions, you can see the slides here.

• We are currently carrying out individual meetings with all colleagues transferring to ISS. These are 121 meetings with an ISS representative to capture your information and ensure the transfer to ISS is as smooth as possible – see exactly what to bring here.
